Rooms were clean and well located

Location is excellent. Right next to major subway stop and easy access to taxis, shopping and food. Room was clean and breakfast buffet had good variety.

Bathroom was small with small shower and limited room to put amenities. No electrical outlets by or near the bed. Light switch was odd to figure out. Only window looked directly at wall of building two feet away so no real natural light in room.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Literally across the metro station. And few minutes from the shopping area.

Few times stay here. The whole building smells good. Currently they have coffee machine with lots of options compared to last time i stayed. The washing machine and dryer are bonus here. The hotel literally at the heart of myeongdong-namsan. Everything is closer to you.

The room is small and tight. LOL. But i already expected this. You guys just have to be prepared.

Great location for so much nearby, including walkable tourist attractions. Cable car and Seoul Tower is definitely close as you can see it from some hotel room windows. Hotel is squeezed in to busy area so facilities are compact but have what you need. Clean and tidy feel and staff are great. Very helpful and some good English. Enjoyable breakfast has all you need. Not elaborate but good selection of hot and cold western style catered for. I would say slight downside for me was my room felt quite small even though it had a double bed I did feel it was in a small space. I would have preferred a room with a wardrobe and air con I could control. Had to ask reception to turn it on and off by phone. Seemed a bit odd. Bathroom had a good shower and always love a good electric bidet. Walls like I guess many hotels weren’t thick so felt I needed ear plugs. But people seemed very respectful at night. Overall good central city hotel to use as a base to explore Seoul.

Hotel staff definitely rate customer service on the low side of their priorities. I had a booking with them for 11 nights which I booked 7 months in advance. When it came to paying full amount a week before my stay, my old card details were on file. So instead of being given the chance to give a new card my booking was completely cancelled at 1am. Hotel said it was travel sites fault and travel site said it was hotels fault. Either way the hotel had my booking for 7 months and didn't have the decency to at least help me out to reinstate my booking and told me to book in again at their current price and pay almost $5000 AUD! Insane. Horrible customer service. They have no heart and no care to even consider the horrible situation this has put me in so close to my holiday.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer eine Badewanne mit sehr hohen Einstieg.

The location was perfect, very close to the subway and Myeongdong night market. Staff were very friendly. Washing service was cheap and easy to use. Hot drinks vending machine in lobby was cheap and tasty. Room was comfy and enough space for 2 people.

Can't think of any faults, we enjoyed everything. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
