Super clean looked brand new, spacious room Very accommodating staff

The rooms facing the main road are a bit noisy at night but the staff were very helpful and moved us to a quieter room the following day Breakfast could be more generous …. Coffee was excellent though

"A pleasant guesthouse/air bnb, would not recommend for a special honeymoon experience"

- beautiful building and views - great to be at a venue on the wine tram - spacious room and bathroom

- water was not complimentary - no acknowledgement of our honeymoon ! - minimal orientation/check-in process - we had no idea how to contact someone if had an issue - padel not included for guests

The property is really beautifully decorated, alongside the vineyard. The accommodation is peaceful and has everything you need, spacious lovely bathroom. Serious interior inspiration! Staff were all very lovely!

Minor things - Breakfast service could be improved, just lots of staff getting slightly confused. We stayed in the ‘J’ block which is beautiful, but in an ideal world families should only be booked downstairs so the noise doesn’t travel as much.

The location was beautiful, in between the vineyards! The Manor House was very comfortable and well organised and the views are absolutely spectacular! Breakfast was excellent and the fact that the complementary wine tasting is on the premises, makes it a perfect choice for an overnight stay.

"Franschhoek is an excellent location, but disappointing facilities for the price."

Location

No seats in the bedroom, and nowhere to put our luggage other than the floor. The TV only worked on subscription, so NO TV. The only place to sit was on the bed. The restaurant which was 1 km away closed at 5pm, so no evening meal. We either went to s restaurant in town or order a takeaway! Expensive for what we received.
