I like that the hotel staff was friendly

I didn't like the fact that I requested my room to be cleaned and it wasn't when they did clean up my room the bathroom floor was still dirty they did a poor job cleaning the rooms very poor

I loved the breakfast! The surrounding area was safe, and I loved how simple and easy the parking was (although the sign could be a bit bigger). The rooms were clean and spacious, and the quality of amenities (Dove shampoo and conditioner and such) was very much appreciated!

The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the fact that there was an odd smell right when you got off the elevator on the second floor, but it disappeared once you got into the room. Also, the ice machine on the second floor was broken, which made me sad.

Location to an event we were attending, breakfast was great.

It was so noisy all night, people banging and slamming doors, stomping feet two nights of terrible sleep. The pool was so small and right at the doors of other customers, very uncomfortable! We got the bonus of having our room window looking at the grocery store loading dock and garbage can. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor and you had to go down to the lobby.

parking is tough. staff was miseducated about service dogs and laws, the front desk girl insisted she knows about what is and what isn't a service dog. I train service dogs and horses for a living. she works front desk at hotel for a living. she told me I could not have my service dog on property and that I would be charged 150$ per dog per night for having them there. I will be contacting my representative at ADA regarding this and other ADA law violations at the property including but not limited to: wheelchair accessibility, handicap accessible amenities, no ramp or wheelchair access.

There are no security cameras on my floor that my room is on.
