Piscine et parking à disposition

Nous avons dû batailler pour éviter une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, située juste à côté des ascenseurs, alors que la réceptionniste nous avait indiqué que l’hôtel disposait de nombreuses chambres libres. Notre chambre était pourtant plus chère que les autres, et nous avions accepté d’être sous-classés. Malgré cela, la réceptionniste ne voulait rien entendre et insistait pour que nous payions une autre chambre. Il a fallu qu’un conseiller de Booking intervienne et échange longuement avec elle pour débloquer la situation. Par ailleurs, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Les salles de bain sont en mauvais état, avec de la rouille visible. Nous sommes restés deux nuits. Le lit n’a pas été refait lors du ménage.
