Le personnel ! Le resto club… les gens sont vraiment très gentils , attentifs et vous aide à vous y retrouver …. Et le restaurant super bon ! Un grand bravo au personnel vraiment

La chambre n était pas franchement top, des taches sur la moquette, c était pas fou

Leuke locatie

Bediening en restaurant . Tafels niet afgeruimt rommelig lang wachten op drinken . Geen bestek . Toen we vroegen werd gezegd kijk maar of je deze vind op gedekte tafels . Niks gevonden toen maar vertrokken .

It was different to be able to stay on a ship

Paid parking when you are a paying guest, paying to do a tour when you are a guest. Not clearly signposted as to what areas you are not allowed to go to when exploring and getting told off for being in the wrong area when looking for the bar. The cool air didn’t seem to work making the room An uncomfortable temperature.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel liep als een rode draad door ons verblijf. Iedereen straalde uit dat ze met plezier aan het werk waren, ondanks het drukkende weer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekker buiten gegeten. Complete rondleiding gedaan en die is absoluut aan te bevelen. Zeer informatief en je waant je zomaar 50 jaar terug in de tijd.

Het is het nieuwe normaal, maar het parkeren bij De Rotterdam is best aan de prijs. Dat geld zou ik liever aan boord besteden.
