I liked that for us, because we were very young when the ship was sailing, we have now the chance to feel, just for the few nights or less, how it was for the guest on board in the golden cruise period of this ship

Staff is somehow rude and not interested. They will answer to any of your quest, but the feeling was that they are not interested in making staying there awsome. Their hotel, has smthg that others dont have, and that is glorious history. So make it the most out of it, be that kind of staff that makes guests feel like they are on real cruise...like they are in hotel that everybody dream to be on it. I see bunch of kids there, making probably the best they know...if somebody teach them better, i think it will benefit everyone. I will explain: they had some el. power problem. The guy that works there was all smiling and kinda friendly when he aprouched, but his words...mama mia! "We cannot chek you in now, go to the city, come again at five" . Guest related staff should be more sensitive...watch your words, its not enough to be in costume, be that elegant, above everything kind of staff because you represent that hotel. That is just some thing to think about...they are aproachable, they are smiling,the look nice just to add this "little" attitude change
