Comfort living

I contacted the front desk several days before my stay to cancel a double booking and was advised that it would be cancelled. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the double booking was active. I notified the front desk and was told nothing could be changed and I would be charged. This is my last booking with Booking.com. I am very dissatified with the reception and solving of my problem.

Close to the freeway.

Wasn't worth the price. Strong smell of gas or propane. Constant migraines and asthma issues while there.

Bugs!!!! Cockroaches that the hotel called “water bugs” were everywhere around the hot tub. Jumping, dead, etc. We talked to the front desk and she said it’s just how it is around here. The next day we checked out and I unpacked my suitcase and a cockroach jumped out of my luggage!! I was horrified! I called to speak to the manager, she was so rude and did not care at all. She told me that the bugs are not a big deal and made me feel pretty terrible for wanting a refund on my room. My friend who stayed in a separate room unpacked her luggage and found a dead cockroach in her bag. This is terrible!! How could a hotel not care that their property is infested with bugs and their guests are upset about it. I called the public health department because this hotel serves complimentary breakfast. This place needs to be tented and their manager needs to be fired. Do not stay here!
