"Fairfield inn direct - don’t trust booking.com"

I came to Clovis as my daughter was graduating from High School! I arrived to my dismay to discover that the hotel didn’t have my reservation and I showed them my app which had the active reservation. They couldn’t find my reservation. This was around midnight! I was so tired for traveling and didn’t need this head ache! So all of my good comments are not for booking.com but for the actual Hotel Staff! Alyssa the night manager was very helpful and thank her for her professionalism! We ended up just getting a room from the front desk and not Booking.com because they kept dropping the call at customer service! After the third call I asked to speak to a supervisor which was at 3am they still refused to connect me with one. I will not be using booking again until this is corrected in the future and won’t hold my breath!

The elevator was a little noisy

The beds were fine, pillows not my favorite, but Otherwise perfectly good place to stay at and I would stay again. Very, very good continental breakfast spread. Clean, great price, no issues, friendly staff. It was located in a nice quiet spot.
