It was absolutely great

Check in was quick and easy.

Check in was very pleasant.

Small efficiency hotel room. You walk into a small kitchen. Large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, dishwasher. All the dishes needed are supplied. We didn't need the kitchen as we were only there for one night. The room was clean as was the bathroom. My biggest problem was with the air conditioner. The unit itself was under the window but they had moved the controls to a thermostat. Unfortunately, it was in the small kitchen. It was blocked from the "air" by a small wall. This meant the room got very hot then the a/c kicked on VERY NOISILY. It stayed on until the room was freezing cold. When the kitchen reached the right temp, then it would turn off completely. I couldn't figure out how to have just the fan go all night without turning on and off. The hotel was about a 7 minute drive to Thunder Valley Casino where we were seeing a show.

Like the location. This property is catty-corner to a great restaurant (The Chef’s Table), where had lunch. The focus of our stay was a concert at a local casino (Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln), which was maybe a 5 or 6 minute drive on surface streets (no highways). So, love the location,

Not a lot of negatives about this property. But if the was one…it would be that there is not a lot of supportive stores on the actual corner that the hotel is on. You do have to cross a major intersection to access some larger strip malls.

I was told by the attendant that for my pet (6 pounds dog) there was a cleaning fee of $100.00 I was okay with it. My dog doesn't take care of his business inside "never". Now that I checked my card statement, they charged me $150 for my dog's stay, instead of the $100. I was notified at my arrival. I was unable to rest because most of the night, the person above my room was very loud and kept waking me up. And now I have 5 charges to my card, instead of 3. Be careful with the Marriott policies. I regret my stay. Now Hotels.com doesn't want to post my review, I am not going to lie to other people. That is manipulation. It looks like I am not using them further

My room this time was outfitted for handicapped persons. The shower handle did not properly fit within the shower holder and when the water was turned on it sprayed everywhere. Also, the water never drained properly into the drains as the floor was not sloped correctly. Hence, water that should have drained puddled around the toilet creating a slippery floor. Not good if you are handicapped.

Overall a nice place. Full amenities. The TV was surprisingly old for the rest of the room but worked fine. Probably just stood out more because the rest of the room was so nice. One thing to note about this hotel and the one literally next door is they charge a $10 parking fee above your stay. The parking lot is big and really there is no reason for this. It's probably a way to artificially increase the cost $10 rather than baking it in.
