TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Roseville

This place needs an update rooms are run down. They now charge $10 per night for parking (in a Chili’s parking lot). I stayed 1.5 weeks, got zero points due to me staying on points at a different place for one night. This place didn’t even try to post points and the location didn’t post receipt. Tried missing stay- this place doesn’t even show up on website to request. Bonvoy Dis-loyalty is becoming a joke. Signing up for Hilton match- so long Marriott from a Titanium for Life

Great location for going to the Venue at Thunder Valley with easy access and a lot of good restaurants nearby.

$10 parking added to the stay price. Staff was cheerful Room clean and comfortable (king + sofa bed with kitchenette) GREAT real breakfast (oatmeal, real scrambled eggs, pork sausages, delicious potatoes, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, cereals) The price to park your vehicle to stay the night should be already included in the nightly charge We stayed on the first floor, and there was next to no sound insulation for room above—could hear them talking very clearly and their walking around above us in the a.m. Stay there again, but get a second or third floor room

We were there for work, then breakfast didn’t open until 7 am. That was too late for us

Great stay!

The room with a full size fridge/ kitchenette. The couch was nice and the room didnt smell like animal. The breakfast was decent! The oatmeal bar was nice. Not just a waffle maker. The food area was inviting. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

There should be a full length mirror by the closet. There was no luggage holder. The furniture was in good shape but was outdated like the desk. The front of the hotel doesnt have a clear building number. The Entrance felt like the side of an office entrance. Not very inviting. No bench or mat. Nice little lamp or flowers to let you know it was the front. And there was damage to the front of the building pillar that had been patched with stucco but not painted to match. Very tacky. Cheap looking.

Elevator is small and hidden out of the way. Great in every other way. Wonderful staff.

Very clean and comfortable and worked well for what I needed. However, the $10 fee for self-parking is ridiculous. It’s surrounded by empty strip mall parking lot and a Chilis. There’s no security, no fence, absolutely nothing for the money.
