Nice quiet motel! Not fancy but clean and comfortable! I would recommend and stay here again. The Mexican restaurant attached is very good!

It was pleasant for the first visit ....will definitely be back.. Rates are great!!!!!

I was greeted and assisted promptly and courteously upon entering. Would have appreciated a comfortable chair to watch TV.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but bathroom had small flies, dead all over the floor, and one in bed and on night stand. They moved us to another room which seemed ok, no sign of bugs, seemed clean.

Its an older smaller place but the rooms are Very clean and comfortable and the staff/owners are very friendly! I had to move my college freshman home and it was also graduation at ISU so Ames was super expensive and this was conveniently close to campus and much less cost! Would happily stay again when i head back on parents weekend in the fall

The property is older, but fairly well maintained. However, the bathroom fan was banging against the edge so you would hear a constant clang clang clang when it was on. The water flow in the bathroom sink was ridiculously low and made it very difficult to try to clean up. Also, there was never any cups in the room, making it tough to brush your teeth or take pills. There was a strong smell of Curry throughout the lobby and the hallways from the lobby. There is also no breakfast at the facility. For the little bit of money I save staying here, it was offset by the need to go and purchase a light breakfast elsewhere.
