The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The breakfast had gluten free and vegetarian options. The staff were very efficient, friendly and supportive. The location is beautiful, on the river.

A worst choice of Hotel in Livingstone i have ever accomodated , they are the only Hotel where you have to remain YOUR MOUTH CLOSE ...throughout , as the hotel is a nest of millions of Mosquitoes , just next door Raddisson Blu where i had one of my dinner in peace , my god ...i have even started Antimalarial medications in advance ...., a group of moody and unprofessional guys are running this so called ? Star Hotel , please BOOKING. COM should reveiew your choice to promote this Hotel to your loyal customer , felt like lost of my money with a torture of black sheeps

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal Ruhige Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sambesi Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl. Mückenschutz vorhanden

Sehr sehr viele Mücken. Dreckige Matratzen standen tagelang vorm Zimmer auf den Flur.

*The room was not clean. *The service was not good. *The rooms were dark and small. *The breakfast was very poor. *It was a two star hotel.
