The F&B staff were great, friendly and helpful. Lovely outlook to the river. Nice open patio. Beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast.

The little things. For the night rate we paid (AUS$500, I expected more. There was no introduction to the hotel at check-in. Had to figure it out ourselves. There was no hotel guide in the room, still unsure if there's room service. A staggered room servicing schedule meant you never knew what you would come back to. Had to ask for water replenishing and it would be put above the fridge, not in it. No soft drink mini bar. No one-way airport transfer which cost USD$100. The toilet ran unless you banged it, this was reported but never addressed and the front door stuck making it difficult to open and close without effort. This seemed a common problem so there was no sleeping in.

Amazing property, spread along the riverside, great sunset point to admire the moment. Rooms properly clean and nicely decorated. Lots of amenities and services offered like sundowner cruise on a wonderful boat, and there are even a gym and a nice spa which we used on our last day.

Water runs a little coloured from the taps, and it tends to stain of rust the swimsuit / swimming trunks. Nothing major, could fix at home with rust remover.

The locator by the river was lush.

Amazing location on the Zambezi river, only a short drive from Livingston airport. Amazing views, we watched elephants cross the river from the pool area. Great restaurant. Really nice spacious rooms with balcony.

Everything was great. Especially the friendliness of the personnel and the quality of the dinners.

The breakfast was great , but the sources were nor offered it came at cost if you ask for a simple tomato sauce or crushed chillies.same applies to dinner . They can improve in fumigating their thash it still has the dust and the spiderweb.

I did not like their balcony trash is full of dust and spiderweb. Their TV programmes atleast offer dstv which cater for all people because we are from different countries.
