Walk in shower would of been better my partner couldn’t get into the bath

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, friendly and relaxed but professional and attentive service.

Very nice sit down breakfast, freshly prepared. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable.

My colleagues thoroughly enjoyed their stay

The breakfast was excellent, staff always have a smile, welcoming just a lovely hotel to stay in.

Fantastic attentive team from arrival through to dinner and breakfast- superb!! High quality food with a great selection so well done to all involved.

My only suggested improvement would be to offer a room service breakfast but appreciate that’s a slightly different business model- people would pay a service charge perhaps.

Breakfast was included in booked price and was freshly cooked - lovely! Lots of choice and very flexible - we could have had more but the portions were more than good. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Plug in the bath did not hold the water properly and the bedside lights were too dim to read by so we had to put the main light on which was too bright. Both these issues were fed back the next morning and the manager promised to address them both

Everything was excellent although we have stayed there before and received the deal whereby we had £50 towards an evening meal.

They said they were unable to give us this offer this time because we booked through booking.com.
