Beautiful, spacious & clean apartment. Very friendly & helpful staff. Delicious à la carte breakfast with options for everyone! Would highly recommend!

I would add a hair dryer (didn't find any) and a toilet brush in the bathroom.

"Relaxing atmosphere"

What a fabulous Hotel . The staff very welcoming on our arrival . The room we stayed it was beautiful The bed bed was very comfortable . Everywhere was so clean . The breakfast was very enjoyable we had the Full English but there was lots of choice . We will most definitely return .

This is an exceptionally nice, small hotel. Looks like a pub from the outside and is clearly a very popular "local" in the village. The surprise was that the room was excellent, it was very quiet and the food was very good. Only downside - you need a car due to its village location.

Enjoyed staying in this lovely little hotel close to the banks of the River Tees. The accommodation was modern, bright and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious foods sporting a menu with something for everyone. The prices were affordable and the atmosphere was lovely and enjoyable. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit. XXX
