Good location Accomodation good size Tea/Coffe/Milk provided Towels provided Comfy beds Few toiletries provided

Lounge carpet, sofa/chair dirty Main bedroom door does not stay closed Disturbance during early hours of the night by next door visitors kept us awake

Nothing, we were unable to stay here as the whole apartment stank of cigarette smoke.

The whole apartment stank of cigarette smoke and when we rang immediately to complain, we were told there was nothing they could do and just raise a complaint. They would not offer us alternative accommodation and we were forced to pay for entirely new accommodation elsewhere

Location was good and apartment was ok overall

The furniture in the living room is not adequate. Very uncomfortable especially the settee. Couldn't relax. The cooker and pans need a good clean or new ones bought.

Location and the cleaners are fantastic as always.

We always stay and always happy with our room. This time was horrible. No bath just a crap shower that overflows. Broken fittings and light shades. No bulbs in bedside lights. Water didn’t hold in sink for washing up. Only 1 chair at the kitchen table and me and my wife do actually like to sit together. The tv kept going off when we were in the room relaxing together. We stayed in room Coast and would never expect to be in there again. We have always stayed in Dune or Shore and never had any issues at all. It totally ruined our stay.

Already done a review. We even booked another night in the hope that we would get another room. Our room was horrible. It was called Coast.

Really nice apartment, the kitchen was a bonus because I could make breakfast. Loved the bathroom actually having a bath in it, which you don't see in some apartments.

Can't say I didn't like anything to be honest
