Fantastuc place to stay when i did the NC500. The 2 lady hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly (and pretty). If around the area again will be staying here for sure

Liked the fact they had a single room and they catered for dogs. The dining area was well set out and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. There was ample parking and a space that was long enough to take a car and a trailer.

Homely lodge in a quiet setting. Kay and Angela were friendly, welcoming hosts and did everything to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Ideal little hotel tucked away from any villages or main roads so its delightfully quiet. Service and hospitality is excellent and the hotel is nicely presented. The room we had was no frills but perfectly comfortable and clean with a nice on-suite bathroom and everything else we needed for the stay. WiFi was included and worked well considering the location and parking was plentiful and easy to access. One note though, there are two ways to get to the hotel - one though The Tomatin Distillery which is fine. The other, which SatNav will choose, has a very tight tunnel suitable only for cars and small SUVs. Overall though I'd definitly recommend Glenan if you're staying near Inverness. Inversness town centre is literally 10 min drive and Loch Ness 20 mins.

Everything about this property was welcoming and thoughtful. From the welcome when you arrived, to little touches like the selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in your room. The drawing room was so cozy I could have sat and read in it all day. A lovely assortment of choices for breakfast and it was delicious. Wish I had been staying here longer.
