Great location, period property. Food was really good, particularly breakfast - as someone who is gluten intolerant, I appreciated the range of gf options. Great ambience in the cosy sitting room. Staff were really friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

TV was small but I'm more of a book reader anyhow.

Excellent breakfast using local ingredients. Had fried breakfast the first day and a very good fresh fruit salad on the second.
