Breakfast was good location poor, facilities poor, restaurant closed on arrival.

Good bedroom overlooking the garden. Plenty of car parking spaces. Excellent breakfast.

Difficult to find from the directions posted. Sat Nav Post code took us to the wrong location Disappointed to find no evening meal was available

Clean and comfortable room in the centre of the village. Staff were friendly and flexible when my plans changed last minute.

The room was super comfortable, immaculate and modern decor inc hot drinks and biscuits. Although advertised as a small double, just for myself it was more that adequate. Lovely clean bathroom, hot showers and great toiletries as well. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Central to the Ottery St Mary town so easy to walk in and beside a large Sainsbury’s. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

Excellent dinner. Best on the entire trip. Very friendly and helpful - staff went out of their way. Good location for the East Devon Trail (which I was cycling). Very good breakfast
