The room was OK clean no tea coffee suger in the room Also the cups didn't have handles witch could be a problem if the cups hot. That's just my opinion

There wasn't any staff on we had to ring a number. I think this is quiet rude when you spend all that money on a room. Also no breakfast included when I'd booked thinking breakfast was included

Tea / coffee facilities provided as well as a large bottle of water The location is right on a bus route into town

Our room was cramped. The bed took up most of the floor space. The "clothes rack" provided had a couple of towels hanging on it. This took up all the space for hanging. Our "private bathroom" was located down at the other end of the corridor and could only be locked from a bar inside. To me, this isn't private. The room was drafty I think the window was only single glazed as traffic noise could be easily heard in the room at significant volume. The "garden view" was a small patch of grass and a couple of small trees The small TV on the wall is at an awkward angle to watch from bed Took a while to check-in as we hadn't been given any information about how to access the key prior to arrival. There was a phone number at the property, which didn't work. Had to get a correct number from a tradesman who happened to be there

Last minute booking in a great location!

It was a little bit cold in the morning but I understand it’s winter :-)

Situated in a nice spot, nice & warm.

Not enough parking. No hosting. Room was small with poor quality furniture. Lock on door was inadequate definitely needs changing, was mentioned to member of staff but with a dismissing attitude.
