AUFriendly staff member upon check in, parking easy to access on site. Simple wander into the tourist area of Oban.
As with many older hotels in Europe, listening to Captain foghorn mansplain his significant other above us for hours and hours was the result of non existent soundproofing.

No cooked breakfast but knew that when booked. Apart from that the hotel is clean comfy and staff are very helpful.
GBLocation and private parking albeit it was a small car park area with at least on vehicle blocked in.
Outside needs some tlc - apparently new owners?
