GBReasonable location, not too far to walk into town
Bed was a bit hard and curtains would be better if they were thicker to keep out more light in the early hours. Noisy with the traffic on the main road which starts very early in the morning.

ITRoom was large if if need of a touch-up. Late check-in available if you come from the ferry.
The bathroom had no fan and the window was sealed, so it was foggy and a bit damp after two showers. On-site parking is quite tight. No cooked breakfast options.

CALocation was fine for staying a few nights and taking the ferry to Mull.
Toilet was so close to the shower you barely had any room to use it.
GBRoom was very clean and provided a view over the harbour. Staff very helpful. We arrived early enough to park in the parling area, however by the time we returned from our evening meal, there were nine cars parked in the small area by the hotel entrance. No formal breakfast provided. Location was easy to walk into Oban.
Room 6 was a good size, but the ensuite was tiny, the shower was big enough only to stand in but did have a good shower pressure; there was no place to put any toiletries i.e. a shelf and the ensuite sink was the top part of the toilet cistern, so you had to lean over the toilet to wash and clean your teeth. A breakfast bag was offered, but had increased in price from £5. to £7.50, although it was still advertised in the room for £5.
