The Court Yard Hotel

Great property layout. However, the rooms are dated and need some updating. The beds are not in great shape. Overall though we had a pleasant time on holiday.

At first couldn't find the hotel as satnag takes you to a car park, realised you go through it to the left to find a hidden gem of a hotel lots of character and style to go with it, great beer great food and music nights.. and 2 huge LED screens for sports in the court yard itself next to the waterfall! River walk next to hotel also.. Staff extremely friendly and want you to have a great stay. Going to Dublin ? This beats a lot of hotels in town.

It was a great village and hotel. Staff was great , great bar and restaurant. No air conditioner so if unusual like last two years a little hot. Staff was great to give me a small fan. If you don’t want to be in the middle of Dublin great! Hotel.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Carpet was stained a lovely yellow colour though.

Lovely place. Service and cleanliness for breakfast not good. No one in charge. Everyone had to ask for utensils, cups etc. Floor and tables not cleaned. Such a shame staff didn't care. Bar staff good.

Nice grounds and surroundings give a positive first impression, it's only when you get to your room that you realise this hotel is in desperate need of a major refurb and update. The bathroom in particular was totally worn, mouldy, and unpleasant, like it hasn't been changed for 30 years. Breakfast was decent though.
