New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties. The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply. All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week. In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay. The photographs are representative and the layout of the apartment, location and decoration may vary. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit. All guests who require an invoice with their details (name, address and tax number) must indicate this information in the special requests box during booking. Parking is subject to availability as spaces are very limited. There is public parking nearby. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. Refunds must be made during check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
