Had a gloomy g/f room facing a wall for 2 nights, quite large but shower was ancient with no hook on the wall, dirty curtain & TV temperamental. Breakfast poor, croissant undercooked, coffee was sludgy so the second morning I opted not to pay for breakfast and found a spot in town which did the job

We had a few staff tend to our stay but one was particularly helpful and made a great dinner recommendation when we missed out on a booking we wanted. Sure the place is simple and perhaps outdated but that didn’t bother us. It was peak holiday period and we weren’t spending time at the hotel- we were at the beach and driving around the region. The best was comfy compared to many other places we’d stayed. We’d consider it again. We didn’t bother with bfast. We always prefer a coffee and croissant in town 🥐

Firstly, the staff are really friendly and very helpful. They were more than happy to answer our questions and support us with things we wanted to do. The breakfast is ok. Mini croissant, mini pain au chocolat, bread, yogurt, fruit juice and hot drinks. It was 8 euros per person. The price (high season) does not reflect the quality of the place. The rooms are tired. We had 2 rooms (101 and 105). Paint falling off the shower walls, broken shower holders and all in need of a bit of care. Unfortunately, everywhere in Porto Vecchio is expensive at this time of year and most places are booked well in advance. The rooms were not worth the price. The beds were comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked well. The location was really good. Very close to the port, the old town and the bus terminal.
