Villa Irlanda Grand Hotel

È innegabile che il punto di forza di questo albergo sia il parco tenuto benissimo e lo spazio piscina. Tuttavia chiudere la piscina alle 18 (da regolamento affisso) mi sembra troppo presto anche se effettivamente si è potuto nuotare dopo le 18 tranne quando c è un matrimonio, evento,... A quel momento il cliente dell'albergo passa in seconda posizione. L albergo è composto da tre strutture e per la colazione bisogna uscire e raggiungere il locale addebito e se piove diventa un problema. Sicuramente la struttura ha bisogna di una ristrutturazione : sanitari, doccia... Insomma l albergo non vale 4 stelle!

The grounds were amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.

Дуже затишне та гарне місце, добрі сніданки, чисто, приємний персонал, класно, що є власний пляж, який входить у вартість. Обовʼязково повернуть ще!

Фени в номері потребують оновлення. Решта - супер!

Beautiful pool and garden areas. Room was large as was the bathroom. Breakfast area was lovely and plenty of choice to eat. We had lunch one day and it was very good. Staff serving the breakfast and lunch were very friendly and helpful. The pool man was also lovely and helpful.

Location is quite some distance from the old town of Gaeta, definitely not walkable. Finding our room by ourselves was a little difficult as the rooms are located in different buildings and some help with our luggage would have been really appreciated. Please update the hairdryers! So dated. And a magnifying makeup mirror would be great! Not sure why but our curtains in our room need either replacing or a good wash as they seemed to have a horrible greasy film on the edges of them. Could be considered 4 star with a few little tweaks.

The location was beautiful but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience there.

The bed for our newborn baby was broken and they didn't offer any solution for the night, effectively not allowing us to sleep properly. The phone in the room was broken and we were given a smaller room than what we paid for. There was no ground floor room available so we had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs everytime we went in and out of the room. The receptionist and the breakfast waitress were super nice. The rest of the stuff unfortunately was not. The man that came to check the camping bed for our baby said he was not able to fix it and left. He met us 2 more times around the property and didn't even bother saying hello or checking how we managed without the bed. Overall definitely not worth the money we paid and it didn't even feel like a 4 star hotel. The location is beautiful but the service is waaaaay below expectations. They either need to higher they standards or lower their prices. For that amount you can have a much better experience in other accomodations.
