"Splendida location ma con qualche nota di trascuratezza del parco"

La camera spaziosa ben arredata letto comodo bella vista sul parco .

Ci hanno aiutato a trovare un taxi per and adre in centro ma non ci hanno avvertito che ad Assisi dopo le 21 non si trovano tassisti disponibili. Infatti abbiamo dovuto ricorrere all aiuto del proprietario di un ristorante per trovarne uno dopo più di 1 ora di attesa .

La posizione è davvero molto vicina ad Assisi e anche ai diversi altri luoghi come Spello, Rasiglia. Bel parcheggio ampio per la macchina, immerso nel verde molto piacevole. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale, soprattutto Gloria che ha subito risolto un problema con gentilezza e professionalità, a seguito di un disguido con la nostra stanza. Il mio voto sufficiente è dato davvero grazie alla cortesia dello staff.

La struttura a mio avviso un po’ abbandonata, sicuramente non a livello di un 4 stelle. Già l’insegna d’ingresso è spaccata, e per un resort così è davvero brutto da vedere. Ci hanno cambiato la stanza perché quella in cui eravamo, la pulizia lasciava davvero a desiderare, il bagno soprattutto assolutamente sporco, la ventola totalmente sudicia, per terra tracce di acqua, come sen in fosse stato lavato per terra, macchie marroni sulle piastrelle in bagno. Il balcone presentava ragnatele e feci di piccione, quindi nonostante sia pagata di più, totalmente inagibile. La colazione nulla di che, nulla fatto da loro, tutta roba confezionata. Ripeto per un resort che si vanta di essere un 4 stelle per me è no! Può essere al massimo un buon 2 stelle.

Struttura silenziosa, accogliente, elegante, raffinata. Stupenda la spa all interno, ottima la cena nel ristorante interno e super abbondante la colazione.

Leggermente fuori Assisi, raggiungibile comodamente solo con la macchina.
