Didn't stay there

When we arrived, we found out it wasn't a pet friendly accommodation, so had to find somewhere else to stay. Got a refund for 4 nights but lost $220.00 for the 5th night not happy the manager would night refund us for the 1st night as it was short notice not due to any fault of mine. Not happy.

"For the price of the unit the room was acceptable and the bed was nice and large and comfortable."

The room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size. The shower was nice and strong pressure but not enough to send you through the door. The bed was a king size and because we are tall people that was a bonus.

We couldn't turn the TV off at night. There was a screen glow all night. We couldn't find the plug to turn it off at the wall. It was up high behind the TV. Even the next day the staff had the same problem. The hot water tap in the kitchen area couldn't turn off. Some of the plates in the kitchen were unevenly numbered. ( 1 dessert plate and 3 dinner plates)
