Great location, great hosts. Very clean and great room. It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. Will 100% be staying again.

Situated in a great location with walking access to the seafront, restaurants, shops and more. The Hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Comfortable bed.

"lovely relaxing stay in Torquay"

very clean and easy walking distance to all pubs and restaurants - Tim and Vicky are very good hosts and the home cooked breakfast sets you up for the day

there is a road outside which can be quite noisy but it quietens down later on in the evening

Nice and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Complimentary hot breakfast. Free parking. 5min walk to Abby and beach. Tons of board games for kids were available which came really handy on a rainy day.
