A great place. Excellent location. Really good welcome and was really well looked after as a guest. Brian and Lorraine made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfasts were excellent. Good to have the conservatory as a public space to sig as well as the lovely terrace: there is also a comfy lounge. I would definitely come back.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The welcome and friendliness of the host. The breakfast was amazing the yoghurt and eggs were delicious. The location was brilliant too.

The bed was not comfortable for us. This is not a complaint just a personal choice. We both did not have a full nights sleep.

The location is excellent - an easy stroll into Budleigh Salterton. The customer service is outstanding. Brian and Lorraine made us feel very welcome and we cannot fault their amazing hospitality. Thank you for a lovely week and amazing breakfasts.

Friendly small hotel. No evening meals. More of a guest house.

Classed as deluxe but minimal extras. Pillows needed up dating.
