Great location and value. Good hot breakfast and/or cereal included. Hosts extremely accommodating and friendly. 1 minute from Tesco supermarket that offers meal deal sandwich, chips and drink value lunch! Charming small town with picturesque English gardens. Great pier with pop up shops, beachside carousel and lighthouse.

Value for money apart from heating not working

Very helpful and very friendly

It was clean and tidy with tea,coffee falilacies in the room. Our room was with ensite shower worked well. Sarah the owner was very friendly and helpful. Gave us places to see and food places to eat out or bring back and would lay a table in the breakfast room. A fridge to put drinks in outside our room if needed.

A really good short stay over in the local area helped by the location of the Rob Roy. Central but just far enough away from the very centre of the town. Good rooms and amenities with very approachable hosts

The en suite room was comfortable, with a small private patio area. Landlady extremely helpful (even lent me a security lock for my motorcycle). Good cooked breakfast.

A very genuine welcome is priceless, and we got this, quality breakfast and a lovely comfortable bed if that s what you want then you have it here , I would like to thank Sarah and Bob for their Hospitality And apparently Sarah is the better driver 😜

Warm welcome. Cosy and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. If we're back in folkestone for the weekend, we'll definitely go back!
