Hosts and staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts were excellent, shower was hot and strong. Getting help with our luggage.

Our room was small, on first floor so difficult for me to access as I am disabled, and very warm.

The staff were exceptional, they were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. You couldn’t fault them. The property was clean and tidy, plus the breakfast was lovely. Plus I contacted the hotel to let them know it was for a birthday and they gave us complimentary Prosecco and chocolates.

The property could do with a bit of modernising.
