"Nicely nice."

Very friendly small guest house. Nice guests too! Doesn’t allow hen/stag party types. I’ll go there again. Very close to North Pier and to the North station.

Location. The floorboards are creaky so you hear the noise from room above when they walk around, but all adds to the charm!

Breakfast was nice. Both owners were super helpful and friendly. It was very near places I wanted to visit

Only one bit of feedback about the room. The door leading to the shower room didn't close fully.

"A very relaxing and hassle free stay at a little gem of a B and B."

Been to this hotel a few times now and I am always bowled over with how warm and welcoming the place is. The rooms are cosy and clean. Breakfast sets you up for the rest of the day. Craig goes that extra mile when needed.

"Great location, great value, and very comfortable."

Down to run Blackpool marathon and this accommodation worked very well and would recommend. Checked in by owner Craig and could have not been more helpful and explained how to check out early on Marathon day. Very comfortable bed and had my best pre marathon sleep ever.
