Hospitality is 2nd to none, beautiful rooms and the best breakfast in Blackpool by far, Not forgetting the plentiful bar and lovely front garden to relax in after a hard day's shopping 👌Our home from home great bunch of lads,thanks again for our card and chocolates much appreciated. Already looking forward to our next stay.

room was very tidy, cosy and had some colour as opposed to the standard grey and white of everywhere else. staff was very friendly, very attentive and made me feel very welcome as a first time solo traveller. yummy breakfast too.

"Little Gem."

The breakfast was amazing. The hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Shower room a bit small but we’re only small people. Good shower though. Loads of coffee tea and snackes in room. Great stay.
