Advertised private bathroom but got charged extra for ensuite room Advertises swimming pool facilities none on site Told the host we wasn't staying for 3rd night booked we was leaving around teatime but then couldn't gain entry after lunchtime then they had dissolved the booking at 12.00 lunchtime

Very misleading description. The pictures show a pool but this is the public baths round the corner! Not at the hotel. The rooms have "private bathrooms" not ensuite. There is no lift. This information is right at the end of the description not obvious.
