Fantastic communication before and during the stay. Excellent location with everything within arms distance. The host was so welcoming allowing us to use the facilities throughout. Definitely come back.

Everything, location perfect, Carmen and Dave were great hosts, so friendly. Quiet room, shower powerful and bed so comfortable. We weren't going to have breakfast but pleased we did. Good varied selection and so tasty. Room equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge had everything we needed.

Didn't 'dislike' anything but feel individual bedside lamps would have been great as one of us likes to read on a night and unfortunately couldn't just turn on one wall lamp.

Absolutely lovely flat with small patio- boutique style, exceptionally clean and comfortable plus excellent location. Arrived later than planned due to traffic but not an issue.
