Very comfortable room & bed & all facilities we could want. Breakfast was delicious & lots of choices. Lovely & quiet. Hosts were very helpful with information & we appreciated John’s support re farm information.

Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order fresh. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. The beds were comfortable and the room spotless. I wish we had booked more than 1 night but it was part of a trip along Hadrian's Wall.

Beautiful working sheep farm, the rooms are in a converted barn. Great and quiet location, and perfect for visiting Hadrian's wall. Large and clean room with good beds and even a kitchenette. Very friendly host and delicious breakfast.

A MUST STAY on your travels in UK! What a beautiful place and only minutes from Hadrian’s Wall and so much history around it! These were the most comfortable beds we have slept in for the 4 week travels all around the UK. The best breakfast we have had here as well (it is included!). Great breakfast, lovely people, clean well equipped high ceiling rooms specifically built for visitors

Lovely wet room as a bathroom but low shower pressure. Minor quibble as shower was still fine

Fabulous working farm in a stunning location. Rooms were in a well converted barn (everything thought of) with high ceilings and great facilities - even a little kitchen area with a good microwave, kettle, crockery and plates. Really comfy and cosy beds, large shower room en-suite. Breakfast was particularly good - quality of the food was excellent. Really enjoyed watching the bats at dusk and even spotted a barn owl (we think) flying across the fields. Highly recommend.

We can't think of anything negative - we loved our stay.

Warm welcome. Very convenient to visit Hadrian’s Wall. Lovely views. Everything we needed in the bedroom including a Spa bath.
