"Outstanding Stay on a Working Farm."

Linda offered quite a few breakfast options and what she prepared for us was very tasty. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Each room has detailed descriptions of nearby sites, shopping, etc. Because the B&B is part of a working sheep and cattle farm, we very much enjoyed talking to her about the operations. Linda is a great hostess.

"A cosy and enjoyable bolthole for exploring Hadrian’s Wall."

Large room, comfortable bed, good shower, full cooked breakfast, great coffee in beautiful surroundings close to Hadrians Wall. Microwave and coffee/tra facilities in room. This property lacks nothing.

The only tap and sink is in the bathroom and access for the kettle and shaving is difficult, but this is a minor point.

Lovely farm tucked away from everything—the quietest night's sleep I had during my entire UK trip. Everything was very professionally run, and the breakfast was excellent.

"When can I move in?! The best B&B I've ever stayed in!"

Wow, when can I move in forever?! Linda was so welcoming and helpful, and the room an absolute pleasure. Super bathroom, comfy beds and everything one would want, from milk in the fridge to mats to protect the bed covers. Spacious and airy. And the breakfast was a dream. So quiet, yet so close to Haltwhistle. We'll be back, wish we'd stayed longer!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike, sorry!
