Great -sized room! Plenty of space on both sides of the bed, a beautiful desk with a chair, plus two additional chairs, and a walk-in closet. Nicely furnished bathroom, too! Many historic homes in the neighborhood.

I booked this place because I wanted to be sure that we could ensure a sound rest and enjoy a good breakfast in the morning. The inn is beautiful and clearly a lot of work went into upgrading it and making it visitor friendly. However, there were some expectations on our part that we’re not met. First, the pros: it’s very cozy, and the jetted bathtub was great. I also appreciated having some toiletries to include bath salts, which were a nice touch. There was free popcorn and filtered water available too which was also great. Next, the cons: there was not an extra blanket to be found anywhere and no phone in the room to call the front desk (or anyone for that matter). The bed in the Gold Room was much too soft; for the price you pay, it’s not too much to ask for a mattress that doesn’t sag in the middle. I don’t know if we didn’t get any sleep because the bed was too soft, because we were cold and couldn’t find an extra blanket, or if it was because of the paper-thin walls and noisy neighbors. We had high hopes for breakfast but that fell short as well. There were waffles but no syrup, a tray of berries with no utensils to scoop them, and a variety of cereals with nothing to get them out of their jar either. I'm not sure if the individually wrapped bagels and things were for the benefit of those on the go or because of covid, but it would've been nice to have fresh breads, hot item choices, and maybe a few other things like fresh squeezed juice to truly deserve a 10.

It was great except the mattress was lumpy and and seemed old. Otherwise it was great!

Amazing place best bed and breakfast ever.My 4th visit to in the last 10 weeks to Indy. .wish I had found this place earlier.Will stay no where else but here in the future.

We loved the charm of the old-world property. Our room was quiet. The house is beautiful. We missed having a hot breakfast...like a breakfast casserole, etc.

This place is a dream! It is absolutely gorgeous, well-stocked, warm and homey. We sat on the front porch chatting with family well into the evening and retired to a cozy, spotless room with adjoined bath. Perfect. I actually can['t wait to come back - try stay in all the different rooms! Loved our stay!

Beautiful and in nice walkable neighborhood

Very cozy, beautiful hime and had a lovely breakfast. It was very close to downtown and easy to get around.
