"Avoid… bedbugs, dirty, smelly."

Nothing… horrible dirty dump.

Everything. Sewer gas smell from shower drain, dirty, ants and possible bedbug bites.

"Great place to stay over night or two."

Great location, near restaurant and 3.5 mi from Arches. Good room, all necessities were there., parking spot We had a great time.

Just a bit loud from the road side, as our room was very close. But it was not a real issue. We were tired and slept well.
