My stay at Turtles Hotel in El Gouna was truly enjoyable. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a comfortable getaway. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything a guest might need. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Osman from the Housekeeping team. He is a wonderful and extremely helpful person. Always polite, friendly, and quick to assist with anything I needed. His attention to detail and dedication to keeping the room spotless made my stay even better. Thank you, Mohamed, for your professionalism and great attitude.
