⭐☆☆☆☆ – Stay Away from This Hotel! If you care about cleanliness, honesty, and decent food – do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Dirty & Disgusting: The room we got was filthy – dirty balcony, spider webs in the corners, and worn-out beds with torn fabric underneath. It felt like nobody had cleaned the place properly for weeks. Dishonest Management: When we complained, we were told the hotel was “fully booked” and there was no alternative. Only when we started packing our bags to leave did they suddenly “find” empty rooms. Very questionable and highly unprofessional behavior. Breakfast From Hell: The so-called breakfast was a complete joke – tasteless, cheap products, poorly presented. Honestly, we would rather skip it than eat here again. Rip-off Prices: We paid €140 per night including breakfast – and felt completely ripped off. For this level of quality, the maximum fair price would be around €60–70. Anything more is a scam. Conclusion: Terrible cleanliness, untrustworthy management, and an awful breakfast. We deeply regret booking this hotel. There are plenty of far better options in Ayia Napa – this one is absolutely not worth your money. 👉 If you don’t want your holiday ruined – avoid this hotel at all costs! Deutsch: ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ehrlichkeit und gutes Essen legt, sollte unbedingt die Finger von diesem Hotel lassen. Schmutz & Ekel-Faktor: Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft schmutzig – dreckiger Balkon, Spinnweben in den Ecken, abgenutzte Betten, die unten zerfleddert waren. Schon beim Betreten hatten wir das Gefühl, dass hier seit Wochen niemand gründlich gereinigt hat. Unglaubwürdige Hotelleitung: Nach unserer Reklamation hieß es, das Hotel sei voll und es gäbe keine Möglichkeit für ein anderes Zimmer. Erst als wir unsere Koffer packten und gehen wollten, wurden plötzlich „freie Zimmer“ gefunden. Für uns ein absolutes Zeichen von Inkompetenz und fehlender Ehrlichkeit.

Największym atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja - lekko na uboczu, a mimo to blisko do wszelkich udogodnień (sklepy, restauracje, plaża). Kolejna bardzo pozotywna rzecz to basen. Rozmiar może nie olimpijski, ale w zupełności wystarczający. Woda czysta, leżaki dostępne. Obiekt nie jest najnowszy, ale świetnie utrzymany. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, codzienne sprzątanie pokoi i wymiana ręczników niewątpliwie na plus.

Lodówka w pokoju dość zużyta, niezbyt czysta. Materace miękkie (jak ktoś woli twardsze to sie nie wyśpi).

Bon emplacement, près de l’avenue où vous avez tout les restaurants, magasins et du quartier festif. Bel hôtel en soi avec la piscine.

Énormément de fourmis dans les chambres, donc très mauvaise idée d’y cuisiner dedans c’est horrible. Interieur des chambres un peu vieillot.
