The building and exterior of the hotel were absolutely beautiful — it really gives off the vibe of a luxurious resort. The pool and yard area are very well-maintained, with flowers and palm trees that create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great space to unwind. The hotel has several buildings, and I noticed that the newer buildings seem to have more modern facilities. For example, my friend stayed in one of the newer apartments, which had a huge veranda with a stunning view — it was truly impressive, and the interior also looked a bit more updated compared to mine. My apartment was likely in the older building, but still, it was very spacious, had everything I needed, and came with a nice balcony, which I really appreciated. One small note: the mirror in my room wasn’t great — it distorted the reflection a bit. I’d suggest they consider adding some better quality mirrors in the rooms. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always helpful whenever we had questions or needed something. Overall, my friends and I had a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel — especially for the value, space, and beautiful pool area.

There were a few things that could be improved. First, the bathtubs in the bathrooms seemed quite old, which took away from the otherwise pleasant experience. Also, the air circulation in the room wasn’t ideal — it could feel a bit stuffy at times, especially during hot weather. Another small issue was about noise policies. My friends and I (a group of about 10 people) were occasionally gathering around the pool in the evening, just chatting and laughing — nothing too loud. Meanwhile, quad bikes were constantly passing by the hotel late at night, playing very loud music, and the street nearby was full of people from the nearby bars and nightclubs. Despite all this, we still received a warning to be quiet, which felt a bit unfair, given the hotel's lively location and general vibe. That said, we respected the request and kept things quieter the following nights.

מיקום מעולה , חדרים גדולים ומרווחים , צוות הקבלה שירותי ועוזר בכל פניה . הבריכה היתה מעולה לבנות , ויש גם בריכה לפעוטות שענתה על הצורך

ניקיון יומי היה סביר , המקום עדיין בשיפוץ , כך שהייתה תקלה קטנה במקרר , הטכנאי אמנם בא מייד אבל היתה התחלה קצת בעייתית. היה ריח מוזר בדירה , הבחנו שיוצא מהמזגנים למען האמת וביקשנו מהטכנאי לבדוק, איך שהוציא את הפלטרים ראינו שכבת אבק שהצטברה מתקופה לא קצרה ! גם , אין כל הציוד הנדרש : אין סבון כלים , אין איך לרחוץ את הכלים, לא היו מגבות נייר ייעודיות למטבח, הציוד המטבחי קצת מיושן (רואים אבנית בקומקום, קצת לכלוך עיקש על ידיות ספלים, מחבתות ישנות עם לכלוך עיקש בתחתית ….) השמיכות היו טיפה ישנות ולא נוח במיוחד איתן.
