Hotel Manoir de Mathan

Stayed one night in June 2024 on vacation. A beautiful and carefully restored manor with gorgeous rooms. Spacious room with a big comfortable kingsize bed. Separate toilet and a bathroom. Nice view to the garden. Very quiet and peaceful location. The hotel restaurant was not open for dinner but the staff was very friendly to suggest options nearby and help with a reservation. Excellent, luxorious breakfast with a large selection in a buffet as well as some made-to-order items. Very friendly service. Would certainly stay again!

Een goede locatie en een zeer mooi hotel op korte rij afstand naar alle plekken die de meeste mensen in Normandië willen bezoeken. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, makkelijk bereikbaar en meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Beyond expectations ! What a beautiful manor house - old world, with all of the modern amenities. Our room was HUGE - it felt like sleeping in a palace. Highly recommend !

An older multi room Manor House tastefully renovated and maintained with all modern facilities and furnished in character with the age of the building. Room was comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Buffet French breakfast included offered omelette, freshly made fruit salad, breads and pastries, cold meats and cheeses and more. Isabelle, the owner was helpful and friendly and even reserved a table for us at a nearby restaurant for our first evening. Compliments also to all the staff who were always cheerful and friendly at all times.

Venus pour une nuit. Superbe lieu, un accueil au top. Nous avions une chambre standard très bien equipée et très belle. La literie est confortable. Possibilité de se garer dans la cour. Le petit déjeuner, un régal! Beaucoup de choix et de bons produits. Le personnel est chaleureux et aux petits soins.

Prachtige accommodatie in het midden van Normandië. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stranden te ontdekken om daarna weer volledig tot rust te komen. Aanrader !!!

Owners and other staff extremely friendly and helpful

Fantastisk vært og omgivelser. Klar noget af det mest behagelige ophold jeg nogensinde har haft i Frankrig. Bravo!
