Matelas de très mauvaise qualité avec ressorts. Très désagréable. Aération dans la chambre impossible à régler. Trop froid dans la chambre par conséquent. Mauvaise isolation Personnel pas accueillant

ロケーションがとてもよかった。カルチェラタンにある。ケベックシティなど長距離バス停の近くにある。荷物も預かってくれた。コーヒーとジュースのサービスは有難かった。

"Overall, a very pleasant stay."

Great location - lots of dining options and cafes around, including fast-food restaurants, and just a few minutes' walk to the Berri UQAM metro station, which is a main transfer point for 3 lines.

The hotel does offer very good coffe and juice all day and night, but there is no breakfast available on the premises.

"Great accommodation in the heart of old Quebec"

An excellent location in the heart of old Quebec. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in an accommodation.

The accommodation is up two flights of stairs and in a pitched roofed room so standing room is limited.
