The english of the staff can be improved

I had several issues during my stay at this hotel. First, there is no elevator, so I had to carry all my belongings and large suitcases up to the fourth floor myself. At night, the hotel door is locked, but there is no keypad or card entry system. One night, I was locked out and had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to arrive and open the door. On my first day and night, the central air conditioning was not working. At first, I thought there was no air conditioning in the hotel. On the second night, it started working, but the room became freezing cold with no way to adjust the temperature, and I was very cold. I also found a single slipper under my bed, which had clearly been left behind. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. The rooms look like they are from the 1970s and are very outdated. And I encountered a few insects during my stay. Finally, The staffs were never friendly or welcoming at any point during my stay.

La localisation et le fait que le staff nous ait changé de chambre car nous n’avions pas de wifi.

L’hôtel est très vieillot. Les équipements et l’ameublement mériteraient un coup de rafraîchissement. Avant qu’on nous change de chambre nous ne captions pas le wifi du tout. La climatisation n’est pas réglable, impossible de l’arrêter. Les serviettes de bains n’étaient pas très propres (poils et cheveux). Le personnel à l’accueil n’est pas particulièrement sympathique.
