I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room was so dirty, I had to sleep in my clothes. There were no sheets or blankets. They offered me a blanket that hadn't been washed in years and had a terrible smell. The towel was also dirty and stained. There was no soundproofing. People were talking upstairs, and it felt like they were talking in my room. My room was number 7. I had to go down a narrow staircase. It was scary and not entirely safe. I went to the hotel without my suitcase or my belongings because I wouldn't have been able to get down those stairs! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It urgently needs renovations and refurbishment! Ignore the view from the window; it's not worth it.

Que pedí habitación con balcón y cuando llegue y reclamé me dijeron que me daban esa habitación pq era más grande,( no era la que había reservado).

The staff was friendly, responsive, helpful and the location was absolutely beautiful!

The parking situation was complicated. The hotel didn't have on-site parking (which was understandable). But a part of the booking process should be to explain where to go and what to do when arriving.
