Charming guesthouse, centrally located. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Self serve breakfast well stocked with everything you could ask for. Warm and personable staff.

Excellent location, great communication from the property management, quaint historic house. Extras like breakfast and an occasional happy hour add to the appeal of this guest house experience.

A few things in the room 4 were a bit off/wonky that detracted from the experience, such as: 1. It's time to replace the mattress, it's squeaky, sagging in the middle, and hard / rising up at the edges. 2. The en-suite bathroom door doesn't align with the door frame and doesn't shut... my partner and I had to leave the room when the other was using the facilities. 3. The room's TV and Coffee Maker didn't work/didn't seem to have electrical running to them. Attempted to troubleshoot and failed.

This was our first time in six year back in Provincetown. We have in the past gone to a few other B& Bs . We also spent a few years at the Boatslip. Your home was clean and the location was great for us. The ladies that kept the house were very pleasant. The cameras in the dining area made my wife uncomfortable. I guess it’s a sign of the times. It’s sad that it is becoming so expensive to spend time there and we noticed it was quieter than we remembered. Thank you for sharing your home. Kathy and Danielle

Everything was provided for in the breakfast room, you just go & help yourselves - the Inn is perfectly located on the Main Street - you can walk everywhere to restaurants & shops! Quiet @ night

Bathroom was small but adequate -
