"calm, relaxed athmosphere with very friendly staff"

very friendly and interessed staff, changed a room for me without any hesitation (I wanted a room under the typical roof, after I saw it); got a wine tasting included, nice place, also for a tour with/by bike

"Good location for Franschoek. Pretty views. Delicious breakfast."

Good location, easy to get to franschoek for dinner. Stayed in the cottage separate to the main house which was very spacious. Pool cold (understandably) at this time of year. Breakfast was delicious and served in the main house. You could order items from a menu and a fruit/cheese/charcuterie/yogurt platter was brought to the table to devour as well. Complimentary wine tasting a bonus.

Pros: We were welcomed by the kind staff with a glass of wine of the wine estate. Very good wine! Beautiful location, with small swimming pool. Feels like paradise. Large & clean rooms.
