Hilton Alexandria Corniche Hotel

The room and the entire hotel were excellent — our expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff were more than friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we were in Alexandria due to a bereavement. It is indescribable how much especially the hotel concierge, Mr. Ehab, took care of us. He stayed in contact with us the entire time. The same applies to the driver who later drove us back to Cairo. Everything was so professional and at the same time so human and compassionate. We thank the Hilton Hotel in Alexandria from the bottom of our hearts.

Customer service of all of the staff are 10/10. I have requested to move rooms twice and they are all very accommodating especially the concierge Mohamed Fawzy. He is always smiling and making us feel that it's our 2nd home. The hotel is also clean and the view is just amazing. The location is perfect. It was located right in front of the beach and our room is sea view so just perfect. There are also a lot pf nearby restaurants and stores for all you need. My kids love the pool too! We will definitely be back!

Great hospitality and Mariam at the reception was so helpful and decent. They contained the issue of the room paint smell with a very good upgrade and all the staff were very helpful and always smiling. Great stay

Location--hotel is closed to a busy street with sea view. I could not sleep at all for two nights because of the noise from the passing cars. Although the sea view was beautiful but the noise was unbearable.

I wanted to connect to regular wifi (not high-speed), and I was given instruction on how to connect. I thought it supposed to be the regular Wi-FI, not the high-speed one, but it turned out to be the high-speed internet, which was paid. I really wasn't expecting that. So be careful-the Wi_FI in this hotel is NOT FREE. It is very tricky.
